If you natively stake with your validator, then you will be able to vote on both of these proposals should they make it to a general governance vote (which looks very likely). You will be able to vote by connecting your wallet to the official dashboard. This is a new, upgraded governance system, more details will be provided to stakers through official Solana channels when that time comes (likely in 2-3 weeks)
