@Roger among my other feedback, which I hope doesn’t get lost here, I’d suggest forming a validator advisory committee. There are many of us who have been here since before the beginning or close enough to it to have gained very valuable, practical experience.
One thing at least I’ve learned having operated on PoS networks for nearly 8 years is that the gap between theory and practice can be quite significant and if that gap presents a perceived advantage, will be exploited. It seems to me that merging this real-world experience with theoretical research can only help Alpenglow succeed in the long run and as such, should be embraced.
